About COACH FRANK

Frank Ramirez is an entrepreneur, leadership coach, and motivational speaker who turned adversity into influence. A graduate of an alternative high school with no college degree, Frank built multiple companies from the ground up—experiencing both the heights of success and the sting of losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in business. Those failures became the foundation of his calling. Along the way, Frank discovered his two greatest gifts: the ability to speak life into others and the vision to see their potential before they see it themselves. His resilience and innovation earned him national recognition as one of the top 3% of Latino entrepreneurs in the U.S., leading to his acceptance into the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative (SLEI). Today, Frank serves as a trusted strategic communications advisor to elected officials and a leadership coach to government and business leaders across the country. Through his youth motivational speaking, he aims to reach young people early—addressing the mindset and identity challenges that often follow adults into leadership. Frank’s journey is proof that education doesn’t always happen in classrooms, success isn’t defined by degrees, and purpose is often forged through pain.
